Subproject goal

A goal of the project is, on one hand, to provide coordination with other subprojects stated below, on the other hand, try to seek and identify new subjects and ways of cooperating related to a global subject-matter of the project.

Realization of works within subproject 1 will be rested upon a Coordinating Committee consisted of a representative from each partners but the responsible one is European University Centre of Lorraine. This Committee will define a proper project valuation structure resting upon possibilities of science examination of National Science Research Centre (CNRS).

Coordination and further work on each subproject will be aimed at reducing difficulties arisen during works within the general project.

Coordination within the forthcoming project may be shown in the following way:

• Project manual under a contract between partners (in accordance with technical requirements defined by MFA),
  
• Opportune valuation of fulfillment of the general project,
  
• Unification of the partners viewpoints,
  
• Manual of prime cost and quality of different works of the project,
  
• Maintenance of a general project plan.
  

Providing precise intraregional functioning Lorraine - RASA initiated by MAE and accepted by regional partners RASA and the Lorraine project Committee, the Coordinator will define and start working on the RASA project simultaneously.

Work on seek and prospects will be developed in two following points concurrently:

• When some science projects in the field of materials and environment can and will get into touch with such Russian projects. Thus Russian partners will research under Lorraine project concerning biomaterials for tissue engineering of cartilage offered L'UMR CNRS - UHP 'Physiology and articular pharmacology'.
  
• When cooperation is over it is necessary to resume works for further subjects developing.

This is a case of cooperation between Anry Puankarer University and State Medicine University (Russia) on the subject 'Photosensitivity of some substances under treatment of cancer'.

As regards duration of the common project (36 months) the matter concerns organizing:

• of some spade and research business trips in particular:
  
• within participation in French - Russian seminar in November 10-12, 2005 in Moscow "New progress in material science".
  
• During 2006-2007 the task to prepare a final seminar on restitution in Lorraine.

Corresponding budgets are responsible for organizing special business trips for each science subproject within own tasks.

• A final seminar on restitution of French - Russian cooperation in Lorraine. This seminar is a main idea of the subproject 1 which will strengthen University and science relations with Russia, giving a new impulse to joint researches and technological transfers.
• Participation of 20 laboratories of Moscow, 15 laboratories of Nancy ant Metz, representatives of industry directly concerned by subjects of the general project is provided. Russian party incurs travel expense.
  
• Administrative and science coordination meetings between Lorraine and RASA.
